What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What if I need to modify or cancel my order?

We're happy to help you update your order, please contact us at Kindly note that orders are typically shipped out from our warehouse in 1-2 business days, we might not be able to make changes to your order after that. We will do our best to find a solution!

I forgot to use the promo code but I have completed the payment. What should I do?

No worries! Please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team at They will be able to help you to apply the promo code or credit to your order.

How does the free trial work?

Our 7 night free trial lets you sleep with our products before you commit to buying—like a test drive for your bed! 

To make sure your payment method is valid and can be charged once the trial period is over, a temporary hold will be placed on your card, which may appear as “pending” or “processing.” 

If you choose to return your order within our 7 night trial, we'll void the hold on your card and the funds will be released back into your bank account or credit card. Depending on your bank this typically takes 1-2 business days. Rest assured, you have 60 nights from the time your order was placed to initiate a free return for a full refund. We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Where do you ship?

We offer free shipping in the continental US via FedEx or UPS.

Please note: orders addressed to PO boxes are shipped via USPS and could take up to 10 business days to arrive.

We also ship to Canada. All Canadian orders will require a payment at checkout for shipping costs. Duties and taxes will be due upon arrival. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship to most countries and regions around the world. We offer free shipping to most U.S. locations (see below for exceptions). For the locations that we do charge a shipping fee, please check the exact cost during checkout.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped on the next business day. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a refund?

We are so sorry you don't like it. we will gladly accept returns for items purchased on our site within 60 days of purchase (the 60 day countdown begins on the day you receive your product). To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the original condition received and free of stains and/or damage.

All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or issued through store credit. If for any reason, your original form of payment is no longer active or able to process the refund, you will receive store credit for the same amount. 

To start the return, please complete our online return form. Once your request has been reviewed, our Customer Experience team will send you a return shipping label (return shipping fees from the United States are covered by Rest), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I place a return?

All returns must be initiated 60 days from ordering from us. Please email us at to initiate a quick and easy return. You will be refunded to your original form of payment 7-10 business days after your item(s) is received by our shipping facility.

How do I place an exchange?

We are sorry but due to technical issues we are unable to support exchanges at this time.

If you need to exchange an item we recommend that you return your original order and purchase the item you need again. Please don't worry, we will cover all shipping costs if you are in the US. Once again, we apologize for the delay in your valuable time due to our shortcomings!

Gifting & Gift Cards

If my giftee doesn’t love their gift, can they return it?

Of course! All they need to do is reach out to with their order number. Please note: All refunds will be processed-as store credit only and item(s) will need to be returned within 120 days of purchase. Once the return processes, they can use store credit at their leisure—it never expires!

How do I give a gift card?

Head to our BAISIHAN Gift Card page and choose the dollar amount you’d like to give.

Add your gift card to cart.

Complete checkout and watch your inbox for 1) a BAISIHAN order confirmation (note: this is not your gift card!) and 2) a second email (subject line: Your BAISIHAN Gift Card is here!) containing your digital gift card along with easy instructions for forwarding the gift card to your gif-tee.

Can I return a gift card or use a discount or promo?

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. You cannot use discounts or promo codes to purchase a gift card. You can use discounts and promo codes to purchase BAISIHAN products with a gift card (just as you would with any credit or debit card).

Duvets & Comforters & Pillow

What certifications do BAISIHAN bedding products have?

We take pride in using only the purest of materials in our products. All of our bedding is DOWNPASS/RDS/IDFL Certified, a rigorous environment standard which ensures no harmful chemicals are used at any stage of the manufacturing process.

What is fill power?

Fill power only applies to down products and is a measure of the loft or ‘fluffiness’ of the fill.
The higher the fill power, the larger the down clusters – this is key to the quality / plumpness of the product.

A fill power of 700 (our 80% Down Duvet / Pillows) is considered extremely high and means the duvet / pillow will retain its plumpness for a long time, trapping more air and giving an incredibly warm but lightweight product.

What is a baffle wall casing?

A baffle box construction is where the casing is made from stitched pockets, which is stuffed with equal amounts of down.

Our pockets are roughly two thirds of the size of the average duvet pocket (more pockets = a higher quality case and better sleep experience as the duvet has a more even drape and snuggles around the body more easily).

We exclusively use a baffle wall construction, which means your duvet will last a lot longer and the filling will stay in place.

What is the best way to wash my duvet / comforter / pillows?

Avoid washing your duvets/pillows as much as possible. Simply airing/ventilating your duvet ensures that it smells pleasant, stays clean and maintains its fill power. Do this in dry weather and not in direct sunlight.

When washing, we recommend professionally laundering our filled products. Professional machines have the capacity to keep the fills in optimal condition long term.

Don’t ever use a ‘fast wash’ – these are typically very high temperature and can damage / melt the filling.

Are your natural-fill products ethically sourced?

Yes, animal welfare is highly important to us and was a huge factor in choosing the partners to make our products.

Our own factory is located in China and we are member of DOWNPASS. This means that our natural fillers are either responsibly sourced from the by-products of the food industry.
