Return Window (14 Days)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our reasons).
Return Shipping Fees
- Returns Caused by the Consumer
If the return is caused by the consumer (including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect order placed by the consumer, or other non-quality-related reasons), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific shipping fee shall be based on the express/shipping company chosen by the consumer and the applicable shipping rates. - Returns Due to Our Reasons (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
If the return is due to our reasons, including but not limited to the item received being damaged or not correct (wrong item, wrong specification, missing parts, etc.), the consumer will not be required to bear the return shipping fee for this reason. We will provide an appropriate return solution (e.g., prepaid return label or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, subject to our confirmation).
